Terms and conditions

1. Scope
These terms govern the business relationship between aresa Project Coaching GmbH and its customers in connection with Officia, the modules presented on the website and individually agreed services.
2. Services
Officia includes digital services and platform solutions, in particular AI-supported modules for time tracking, communication, e-mail, documentation, automation and integrations.
3. Contract conclusion
A contract is concluded by acceptance of an offer, order confirmation, activation of a service or start of service delivery.
4. Prices and payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Swiss francs excluding VAT. Services may be billed as project fees, recurring fees, licences, support or usage-based fees.
5. Customer cooperation
Customers provide all information, access, data and technical prerequisites required for service delivery in good time and remain responsible for the lawfulness of the data provided.
6. Operation and availability
aresa provides services with reasonable care. High availability is sought for digital services, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed unless a separate SLA applies.
7. Term and termination
Recurring services are governed by the terms and notice periods agreed in the respective offer or contract.
8. AI-based results
AI-supported functions may generate results that require review. No guarantee is given for accuracy, completeness or suitability for a specific purpose.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, aresa is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
10. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR.
11. Intellectual property
Concepts, content, models, software components and documentation remain the property of their respective rights holders unless otherwise agreed.
12. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, the registered office of aresa Project Coaching GmbH.
