Protecting personal data is important to us. We process data in accordance with Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR.

3. Website visit

When you access the website, server log data such as IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system may be processed.

4. Contact form and e-mail

If you use the form, we process the submitted data to handle your request. A confirmation may be sent and a vCard may be generated for internal handling.

5. E-mail infrastructure

Form messages are sent via SMTP/IMAP using an Officia e-mail address. The metadata and content required for delivery are processed.

6. keyars login

The login area links to keyars or connected access solutions. Login data, technical logs and authorisation information may be processed.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website is designed to minimise data collection. Marketing or tracking cookies are not intended. Technically necessary storage may be used.

8. AI functions

Where Officia modules use AI functions, submitted content may be processed to generate responses or automate workflows.

9. Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as required for the purpose or by legal retention obligations.

10. Your rights
